Credits are the universal unit for API usage. Each capability costs a different number of credits depending on complexity, ranging from 1 credit for simple operations (screenshot, email verification, SMS) to 5 credits for thorough scraping with stealth browser. Capabilities with modes (search, scrape) let you choose the cost/quality tradeoff. Credits are only deducted on successful calls. Failed requests are free. Yes. suprsonic is a standalone API. Any application, script, or agent framework can call it with a Bearer token. It works with LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Vercel AI SDK, or plain HTTP calls.
API calls stop succeeding (402 error with a clear message). If you want to continue, enable credit overage in your account settings. Once enabled, additional credits are billed based on your plan's per-credit rate. Higher-tier plans have better overage rates.
